# Booo

> Booo curates software companies with a design culture. It is a short, hand-picked list by Roy Quilor, sent by email now and then. It is not a job board.

## How a company gets on the list

A company is listed when its own page or posting shows that design has a say, such as a named design team, a design lead, or designers working with engineers. A company with no such evidence is left off, and the absence is not a low score. A closed careers board does not remove a company.
